Before you go
- Register as a buyer on the official website to get your electronic entry badge.
- African buyers should apply for a Chinese visa early; check the official website for how to obtain an invitation letter.
- List your target categories and target prices, and shortlist booths in the official exhibitor directory in advance.
- Bring business cards and a written product requirement, including destination-country certification needs.
On-site tips
- Photograph each booth number and business card and sort them that evening, so nothing gets mixed up later.
- Ask on the spot about minimum order, lead time and whether they can handle destination-country certification.
- Don't pay a large deposit at the fair; verify first and order after you get back.
- After the fair, arrange visits to 2 or 3 factories.
