Terms of service
These terms cover your access to and use of this website. Rights and obligations for an actual shipment are set by the written service agreement signed by both parties.

01Accepting these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and BEST AFRICA INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD ("we") about using this website. By visiting or using it, you accept these terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the website.
02Nature of the information on this website
Transit times, port information, certification requirements and cost explanations on this website are general guidance based on our operating experience. They help you understand the service and are not a quote, a promise or legal advice of any kind.
Customs policies, certification lists and regulations in each country change from time to time. We work to keep the information current but cannot guarantee it is complete, accurate and up to date at every moment. For specific business decisions, rely on the latest official announcements and on our written confirmation.
03About transit times
Transit times on this website are measured two ways. For Nigeria, they are door-to-door: from when we receive the goods until the customer signs for them, including export customs, import clearance and delivery. For other countries, they are time in transit under normal sailings or flights, counted from departure, and do not include export customs, port queues, clearance checks or delivery.
Limited space in peak season, containers rolled to a later ship, port congestion, customs inspection, policy changes in the destination country and force majeure can all make the actual time longer. All transit times are estimated ranges, not a guaranteed arrival date.
04When a quote is binding
Only a quote we give you in writing (including email, WhatsApp or another channel that keeps a record), and that is still within its validity period, is a formal quote.
A quote is based on the product names, quantities, weight and volume, destination and cargo type you provide. If the actual goods differ from what you declared, or require a mandatory certificate you did not mention, we may recalculate the cost or refuse to ship.
International freight rates move with the market. Once the validity period on the quote ends, it must be confirmed again.
05Your obligations
Inspections, fines, port delays, returns, confiscation and related costs caused by inaccurate information, missing documents or illegal goods are your responsibility.
- Give true and complete information on product names, materials, uses, quantities, weight and volume, and value, without under-declaring, mis-declaring or false declaration.
- Make sure the goods are legal, do not infringe any third party's intellectual property, and are not banned from export or import in the origin or destination country.
- Provide the documents needed for export customs and import clearance on time, and make sure they are genuine and valid.
- Where the destination country requires a mandatory certificate, help complete the certification or provide valid certificates you already have.
- Pay as agreed.
06Cargo we do not accept
We do not accept the following goods, even if you are willing to take the risk:
- Drugs, weapons and ammunition, explosives and anything the law of any country prohibits from being shipped.
- Products that need a mandatory certificate or registration in the destination country, where you do not have it and are not willing to obtain it.
- Goods whose declaration is seriously different from the actual cargo.
07Limits of liability
As a freight forwarder, we are liable under standard industry rules and the service agreement signed by both parties. Loss or damage within the carrier's (shipping line's or airline's) responsibility is handled under the freight contract and bill of lading.
We are not liable for: force majeure; loss caused by the nature of the goods or defective packaging; delays and losses caused by you or the consignee; inspection, detention or confiscation lawfully carried out by customs or other government bodies; and other cases these terms place on you.
In no case are we liable for indirect loss, loss of profit or loss of business opportunity. The compensation cap and how it is calculated are set by the service agreement.
We strongly recommend insuring your cargo. If goods are not insured, losses beyond our agreed compensation are your own.
08Intellectual property
The text, layout, images and structure of this website belong to us or are used with permission. Do not copy, republish, mirror or use them commercially without our written permission.
Names of third-party organisations on this website are used only to explain regulations and sources. Their rights belong to their owners.
09Third-party links
To help you check policy information, this website may link to third-party sites such as customs and standards bodies. Those sites are responsible for their own content, and we are not responsible for its accuracy or availability.
10Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Revised terms take effect when published on this page, and the date at the top is updated. Please check back regularly.
11Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes about using this website should first be settled by friendly discussion; if that fails, either party may bring a case before the competent people's court where we are located.
Disputes about a specific shipment follow the dispute resolution clause in the service agreement signed by both parties.
