What's the easiest way to ship from several Chinese suppliers?
Have your suppliers deliver to our warehouse in China, where we count everything and ship it together. Choose duties-paid door-to-door delivery so clearance, duties and delivery are all handled.
Suppliers deliver to the warehouse closest to them (Qingdao, Lianyungang, Shenzhen, Guangzhou or Yiwu). We count every batch, check carton specs and keep photos.
Once everything has arrived we ship it together: a full container if the volume fills one, sea-freight LCL if not (from 1 cubic metre), and air freight for urgent goods (from 21 kg).
Door to door with duties included is one all-in price with no other charges; the quote is the final bill. Overseas charges can be paid in local currency, US dollars or RMB.
After the goods clear customs in Africa, you can pick them up yourself or have them delivered to your door.
Common problems
01
You cannot see the goods, so you have to trust the supplier
You are not in China, so whatever quantity the supplier says was shipped is what you go on. Short counts, damaged packaging and wrong or missing items are often only found when the container is opened in Africa, and by then it is hard to hold anyone to account.
02
Each supplier ships on its own
When you buy from several suppliers in different cities and each one books its own freight, you pay for transport several times, the goods arrive at different times, and every shipment has to be cleared separately.
03
The total cost is unclear
A sea-freight-only price looks cheap, but after arrival the clearance fees, duties, port charges and delivery costs appear one by one, and the final cost goes over budget.
04
Cargo stuck at port, with demurrage charged by the day
If documents are incomplete or the goods description is inaccurate, the cargo is not released for days after arrival. Demurrage builds up daily and the goods never reach your shop or warehouse.
Our approach
We receive the goods in China, count and photograph them
All suppliers deliver to the warehouse closest to them. We count every batch, check carton specs and keep photos, so from Africa you can confirm everything has arrived in good condition before the shipment goes out.
One combined shipment, fewer clearances
Goods from several suppliers are loaded into one container. If the volume does not fill a container it goes LCL, and urgent goods go separately by air, cutting repeat freight costs and the number of clearances.
One duties-paid price
Export declaration, international freight, import clearance, import duties and delivery are combined into one door-to-door price. The quote is the final bill, with no other charges. Overseas charges can be paid in local currency, US dollars or RMB.

FAQ: African buyers sourcing from China
01Where should my suppliers send the goods?
To whichever of our warehouses in China is closest to them: Qingdao, Lianyungang, Shenzhen, Guangzhou or Yiwu. We count each batch on arrival, keep photos, and ship everything together once it has all arrived.
02Is counting the goods at the warehouse the same as an inspection?
At warehouse intake we do logistics checks: piece count, carton specs, the condition of the outer packaging, and photos for the record. This is not the same as a professional third-party inspection of product function and quality. If you need a quality inspection, we recommend hiring a professional inspection company; we can arrange the time and space for it.
03Can you find suppliers for me or pay them on my behalf?
We are a logistics provider and do not offer sourcing or payment services. We recommend settling payment with your suppliers directly, or using a professional sourcing agent. We handle all the logistics, from warehouse intake to delivery.
04What currency can I pay freight in?
Overseas charges can be paid in local currency, US dollars or RMB. We do not publish rates on the website: freight, duties and certification all depend on the HS code for the goods, the volume and the destination city, so we quote a total door-to-door price for each shipment, and the quote is the final bill.
05Can I collect the goods myself when they arrive?
Yes. Once the goods clear customs in Africa, you can collect them yourself or have them delivered. Just tell us which you prefer when you ask for a quote.
