Best Africa Logistics (BEST AFRICA INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD) ships goods from China to Africa, with Nigeria as our main route. Our customers are importers in Africa buying from China, exporters and factories selling to Africa, cross-border online sellers, and companies running projects in Africa.
Which documents customs will ask for, which products need a certificate first, who stands next to the container during inspection, how goods reach an inland city: these steps at the destination decide whether your goods actually reach you. That is where we put most of our effort.
Nigeria · Ikeja, Lagos
We have our own office, warehouse and customs clearance team in Ikeja, Lagos. When your goods reach the port, our own staff follow the clearance. After release we deliver from our Lagos warehouse to you, or you can collect at the warehouse. We do not pass your shipment down a chain of local agents.
China · Bao'an, Shenzhen
We receive goods in five Chinese cities: Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Yiwu, Qingdao and Lianyungang, and run our own consolidation warehouse in Bao'an, Shenzhen. Goods from several suppliers are counted, photographed and palletised on arrival, then shipped together. Small e-commerce parcels are collected, sorted and sent out in batches by our warehouse staff.
We are a freight forwarder. We do not own ships or aircraft: shipping lines and airlines carry the goods on the main sea or air leg. We choose the carrier, book the space, handle export customs in China, clear your goods in the destination country, store and consolidate them, and arrange delivery. We deal with every party for you, and if something goes wrong in transit, we are the ones who sort it out.
Each point below is backed by a clause in our service agreement or quotation. None of it is a verbal promise.
We run our own office and customs clearance team in Lagos. When your goods arrive, our own people handle them. We do not subcontract to a chain of local agents.
The quotation lists what is included and what is not. In normal operations, the price does not go up halfway. How unusual situations are handled is written into the contract.
How the fixed price worksReceived at the warehouse, loaded, sailed, arrived at port, released by customs, delivered and signed for: we send you an update at each step without you having to ask.
SONCAP (product conformity certificate), NAFDAC (registration for food, drugs and cosmetics), Form M (import declaration made through your bank) and PAAR (customs pre-arrival assessment report) are checked before booking, so missing paperwork is not discovered at the port.
Goods with batteries, chemicals, cosmetics and food can be shipped once they have a UN38.3 battery test report, an MSDS (safety data sheet) and the certificates the destination country requires.
Who is responsible for damage and delay, how compensation is calculated and how long it takes are written into the service agreement. No verbal promises.
