Rechargeable fans and desk lamps have built-in batteries. Declaring them as ordinary small appliances puts the booking at risk.

No SONCAP
Most small appliances fall under SONCAP. Arranging it after arrival is too late, so confirm before booking.
- Item 03
Fridges laid down
Shipped on their side, compressor oil runs into the pipes. The fridge cannot be switched on straight away and can be ruined.
- Item 04
Wrong voltage or plug
Nigeria's grid runs at 50 Hz and mostly uses UK-style (BS 1363) plugs. Products that don't match are harder to sell.

It depends on the refrigerant. Send us the product details and MSDS and we will decide how it is booked based on the refrigerant type.
Can small appliances go in a shared container on their own?
Yes. From 1 m³, charged by volume or weight, whichever is greater.
